One of the most staggering homes of today, according to Forbes, is the former residence of Walt Disney, the so-called Carolwood Estate. Don’t be frightened off by the listing price, of a humongous $90 million, it somewhat deserves that much money.

According to some rumors, Tamara Ecclestone is willing to expand her current property by making this extremely extravagant purchase. The Chief Executive of the Los Angeles-area luxury realty brand The Agency, Mauricio Umansky, has reportedly shown her around the Holmby Hills-located Carolwood Mansion. Umansky describes: “This is true, true definition of a trophy property.”

Situated in the Los Angeles’ coveted neighborhood of Beverly Glen, the Carolwood Estate elegantly tops a 4-acre property that used to be the site of Walt Disney’s last home. The residence comprises 17 bathrooms and 8 bedrooms in total, spanning over three levels, summing up at around 35,000 square feet.

The future buyers will reportedly be greeted by an entire plethora of gorgeous, top notch amenities like grand pool with pool house, movie room, gym, library, tennis court, two safe rooms, wine cellar and putting green. Barred by huge hedges and stalwart gates, the property is entirely hidden from the strangers’ views and comes fitted with a security system reportedly designed and developed by Gavin de Becker.
