One of the most fabulous properties in Los Angeles has finally found a buyer. A former home of American singer-songwriter Kenny Rogers, the Liongate Estate in Bel-Air was originally designed by renowned architect Paul Williams and stretches across a massive 24,000 square-feet.

While maintaining its original character, the property has been renovated and expanded, and now includes 11 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, a formal living and 2 additional informal living areas, a study, a billiards room, and a 12-seat movie theater, in addition to a climate controlled wine room. Anywhere you find yourself inside you are surrounded by luxurious amenities and you get to enjoy breathtaking vistas of Los Angeles. The most spectacular room is perhaps the 3,000 square-foot master suite, which occupies an entire wing of the property, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy.

There’s also a guest house with a couple of additional bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a living area with open kitchen and beautiful details and finishes. Other great features the new owners and their guests will certainly enjoy are the extensive terraces, water fountains, tennis court, and signature Paul Williams swimming pool.

Though the name of the buyer hasn’t been made public, we do know he or she paid a staggering $46 million for the Liongate Estate.
