Rolls-Royce Phantom Zenith

The current generation of the Rolls-Royce Phantom is ready for retirement, and the British luxury automaker has introduced the last 50 Coupe and Drophead models as part of a very special collection called Zenith.

These models are already sold-out, and will be tailored to their owner’s tastes and desires, with unique features like a new glass shelf housed in the tailgate, a large champagne fridge and a bespoke version of the company’s picnic hamper.

The armrests will come laser engraved with the locations where each model’s concept debuted, which means Villa D’Este will decorate the Drophead versions and Lake Geneva the Coupe ones. There’s also a special drawer on the dashboard, which now houses a numbered plaque in a polished aluminum case, making sure people appreciate the limited character of these luxury vehicles.

Adding a touch of heritage to the collection, Rolls-Royce embedded a small metal plaque into these cars, extracted from the Phantom’s assembly line in Goodwood, along with the exact coordinates from where the metal came from.

The speedometer is now housed in sporty brushed steel, while the color of the leather on the rear compartments is slightly darker for these models, with the famous Starlight headliner being tailored in such a manner that driver and passengers would never want to get out of this vehicle’s cabin ever again.

Rolls-Royce inspired its paint schemes from past models, with a Madeira Red with Jubilee Silver and a Midnight Blue with Arctic White being the choices that would mesmerize anyone. Since production of the current Phantom series is close to an end, Rolls-Royce is already testing the eighth generation model, which we will come with an all-new aluminum structure – a company’s first.

The British car manufacturer did not reveal any information regarding costs of the Zenith collection but I think you will agree that a lot of zeros were probably involved.
