The Reserve at Al Barari, Dubai

Looking forward to set new standards in the world of living, Dubai has been recently garnished with a whole collection of luxurious villas at the Al Barari estate. The series consists of 28 brand new high-end bespoke villas all located in a coveted setting.

The concepts behind this project were published during May 2012 and the project has happily resulted in material sense. A total of 14 villas have already been finished and ready for handover to their enthusiastic and wealthy buyers, so only 14 remain to be completely finished. You’ve probably noticed we haven’t yet mentioned their actual location – they’re all found in the royal enclave of Nad Al Sheba and are easily accessible via the Emirates Road.

A mere 10 minutes away from Dubai, this specially designed reserve is pretty much secluded and out of the sight of eaves-droppers or paparazzi. With much of the reserve being set alongside Mother Nature and covering a massive 14.2 million square feet, the Al Barari is the urban area with the lowest density in the United Arab Emirates. The Reserve though will provide Nad Al Sheba with all sorts of verdant public gardens and facilities, at the same time allowing neighbors to become closer to each other, figuratively speaking.

Sustainable Builders, a brand of local constructors, has designed and built the Reserve at Al Barari, while the interiors were done up by Lesley Zaal of Etcetera Living. The villas have been fitted with grandiose, exquisitely modern designs, in a complete fusion with nature and bathed in amble amounts of natural light. Furthermore, lovers of green and ecology are able to commune and relate their principles of living to Greenworks, who are available nearby.

As for the villas, they come with minimum floor area for 6 lavish bedrooms, all of them boasting en suites and walk-in wardrobes, alongside family living, formal living, basement, roof terraces, garage space for 4 cars, two superbly endowed fully-fitted kitchens and separate self-contained living quarters for the staffs taking care of them.

The Reserve further comes with a massive Plant Nursery ensuring sustainability to each of the gardens and landscaped areas within the gorgeous-looking enclave. In addition, there’s The Farm, a staggering innovative dining concept dedicated to provide fresh, locally-grown menus. Amenity-wise, the Reserve at Al Barari sports a community pool, fitness center with sauna and steam room, fully endowed gym and two very modern tennis courts. There are plenty of relaxation venues as well, like the spa and the health club, due to be opened later this year, alongside signature retail outlets and a boutique hotel which we can only describe as fabulous.
