Graham Chronofighter Vintage

Looking like a time-traveler coming from the good old days right into modern times, the Graham Chronofighter Vintage is a gorgeous retro timepiece, that could seduce every single of us with its unique vintage charm. Inspired by WWII bombardier timer countdown watches, the Chronofighter has been on the market for 15 years already, and Graham decided to celebrate this anniversary with a quartet of limited editions.

The key feature of all these special watches, or the element that totally makes them stand out, is the enormous lever which starts and stops the chronograph. Why is it like that, you ask? Because Second World War timers were made for bombardiers, who wore the bomb timers while using thick gloves, that’s why the oversized lever had to be mounted on the pusher of the bomb timer to make it easier to use.

The Chronofighter Vintage has returned to its roots, showing off an original look that seems to come right out of the World War II, with an eye catching dial packed with information, as you’d expect from a military-inspired watch.

This stunning timepiece also comes with a sleek 44 mm case made of stainless steel, and, as we’ve said earlier, it will be available in four different versions, each of them produced in a limited run of just 15 units. Every watch from this collection will feature its serial number engraved on the dial and it will be distinguished by the WWII roundels of the British and American air forces.

Please note that all versions are powered by the G1747 movement – a Valjoux 7750 modified – and willl be priced at $4,950. There are also two different straps available, and all that’s left to do right now is to decide which one goes best with your motorcycle.
