Jaeger-LeCoultre Geophysic Universal Time

Jaeger-LeCoultre is back in our minds with a new gorgeous timepiece from the brand’s 2015 collection, a watch that will make you lose your mind and find your way in the same time, called the Geophysic Universal Time watch. This stunning Jaeger-LeCoultre timepiece features a world time complication and a chic world map dial, nestled in a pretty large case.

Originally released in 1958, the first Geophysic watch was only a part of niche collectors’ lives. Until 2014, that is, when Jaeger-LeCoultre decided to reintroduce the collection as the Geophysic 1958 watches. The new version of the old classic comes with a new movement, case and dial design, and with a 24-hour ring system and a deadbeat seconds hand, this watch will definitely get you noticed among the right people.

The Jaeger-LeCoultre Geophysic Universal Time uses the caliber 772 movement which is 6.57 mm thick, and benefits from a 40-hour power reserve, the in-house made Jaeger-LeCoultre Gyrolab balance, as well as True Second “ticking seconds hand” complication. The case is 41.6 mm in diameter, and features that unique map-style dial.

Boasting a retro moo, perfectly blended with modern visual elements, the Jaeger-LeCoultre Geophysic Universal Time looks might interesting with the red and while strip down the center of the dial. The Jaeger-LeCoultre Geophysic Universal Time watch will adorn your wrist with an alligator strap in either steel for $15,000 or in 18k pink gold if you can pay $25,000 for it.
