Golf might seem simple and a little bit boring from the outside, but it’s one of the most complicated sports to date, with so many different factors going into every single short that no two shots are exactly the same. To me, the hardest part is walking the course from one hole to the other, but things are about to change thanks to Bubba Watson and Oakley.

The multiple major champion, currently the world’s 6th best player, had a different view on how we move around the golf course, which might explain his new toy, called the BW-Air. Capable of propelling you 3,000 feet in air and ready to fly at up to 46 mph, this thing will carry your all golf irons and bring a lot of excitement on the golf course, possibly scaring off everybody with its loud noises and vibrations.

Bubba Watson has joined forces with Oakley, to design and develop a golf themed version of a jetpack that was dubbed as BW-Air. The flying golf jetpack is still probably just an advertising stunt right now, meant to celebrate the sport’s return to this year’s Olympics at Rio, but some players might love this idea and start to fill up the order books pretty soon.

For this impressive jetpack, Oakley has partnered with the Martin Aircraft Company, the company behind this project, and what resulted is this 210-hp $200,000 jetpack. I’ll have mine in matte black, please, and I’ll use it solely to deliver snacks on the court; if you thought chewing was loud, you should hear this thing. Four!
