A brand new limited edition version of Girard-Perregaux’s Chrono Hawk model, the Brazil, was unveiled several days ago in New York, as a follow-up to the official launch of the Hawk collection.

The Chrono Hawk is in fact a redesigned model of the earlier Sea Hawk series, fitted with fresher looks and two different models – the Sea and the Chrono. The Brazil though, was launched in Miami, in close collaboration with Instituto Tênis as a support to the young sports talents of Brazil.

The event has been overseen by a few Brazilian fabled figures and sports legends like the Brazilian Tennis Davis Cup Team members including Thomaz Bellucci, Bruno Soares, the number one ATP World Doubles Player, Marcelo Melo, Thiago Alves and the legendary ex-Soccer player Antonio de Oliveira Filho, or as we know him, Careca.

The exquisite Chrono Hawk Brazil timepiece boasts a 44-mm steel case decked in the Brazilian yellow and green tones and houses the Girard-Perregaux automatic mechanical caliber 3300 movement. It will be manufactured as a limited edition of just 25 pieces, each boasting a price tag of a $14,850.
