After BMW has officially introduced the new BMW 4-series coupe, the most awaited car from the German automaker was the BMW M4, that’s going to be replace the M3 E92 Coupe pretty soon. And today BMW has officially unveiled the M4 Coupe concept, that expresses the “BMW M philosophy in ideal form”.

We don’t have too many details about the BMW M4 yet, but as we can see from these photos, it’s obviously a lot more aggressive than the normal 4 series, featuring a sportier front bumper, a power dome hood, ventilated front fenders, an integrated trunk lid spoiler, front splitters, a rear diffuser and a set of stylish 20 inch wheels finished in a two tone paint.

The M4 will combine motor racing genes with unrestricted everyday suitability and it should have a “high performance” engine that offers “immense power”. The press release was pretty vague on details but apparently the M4 should have a twin turbo 3.0L six cylinder engine that should be able to produce around 450 HP and 550 Nm of torque.

That should be more than enough for everyday use. Until we’ll receive more details about the new BMW M4, we could all gawk and drool over these photos of the M4.
