Supercharged Audi R8 by OCT Tuning

If you’re one of the lucky owners of an entry level Audi R8 powered by the naturally aspired 4.2L V8 engine and… you’d like a little more power from your car, closer to the V10 model, O.CT. Tuning might help you with this. The European tuners from O.CT. have developed a power upgrade package for the Audi R8 V8 that makes this car even faster than the R8 V10 or the R8 GT.

The upgrade package consists of a compressor for the car’s V8 engine while also tweaking the ECU and adding a high performance custom exhaust system. The standard output of the V8 engine for the Audi R8 is 430 HP and 430 Nm of torque which is probably more than enough for most of us but.. after these upgrades, the supercharged V8 engine is able to produce 565 HP and 560 Nm of torque.

The top of the line models, the R8 V10 and the R8 GT are able to produce 518 and 552 HP which means this supercharged Audi R8 V8 is even more powerful.  With this upgrade package, the car is able to sprint 0.7 seconds faster from 0 to 60 mph than the regular model and it could reach 250 km/h from standstill in just 24 seconds.
