It seems that everyone wants to move to Napa Valley nowadays. Pacific Union International, Inc. has recently announced that Villa Sorriso, the beautiful Napa estate that was once Robin Williams’ home, has been sold for $18.1 million.

The astounding property features an elegant 22,000-square-foot home, as well as a tennis court, a wonderful pool, plus several stables and outbuildings, all of which were originally designed for the famous actor and comedian and his family.

Judging by the pictures, Robin Williams and his family have enjoyed some wonderful moments within these incredible surroundings – not to mention the dreamy accommodations.

Villa Sorriso

Villa Sorriso is actually a 640-acre vineyard estate located within the prestigious Mount Veeder, with the new owners of this property planning to make elite Bordeaux-styled wine here that will be consistent with their wines of Pontet Canet.

Villa Sorriso’s vineyards are mainly comprised of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, but there are also Cabaret Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes on site.

That’s why this gorgeous home could also prove to be a great investment for its new owners, especially now that Napa Valley is celebrating the 60th anniversary of the famous Judgment of Paris, when the wine world took notice of its wines.
