At a pragmatic approach, the Qatar Airways have been awarded the prizes thanks to the extensive effort they put in ensuring their customers with the best in business, and, above all, safety.
Based in Dohai, the renowned brand was also named the best regional airline in the Middle East some time ago, and has scored high marks in classifications like the World’s Best First Class Airline Lounges, World’s Best Business Class Onboard Catering and the World’s Best Business Class Airline Seat.

The process of evaluation takes a painstaking ten months. They’ve measured the passengers’ level of satisfaction through intensive surveys of the travelers across every one of the cabin classes. Additional surveys are being carried out by telephones, among 18 million airline customers from over 100 countries, including 38 performance indicators like onboard seat comfort, in-flight entertainment and staff service, check-in, boarding and many more.
