Part of Teton Valley in Idaho’s Rocky Mountains, just south of Yellowstone National Park, Huntsman Springs is a 1,350-acre resort which offers all the comforts of contemporary luxurious living in a pristine natural setting.

The property’s highlight is an acclaimed 72-par golf course designed by Scotsman David McLay Kidd. There are, however, plenty of other selling points, like a high-end wellness spa, classes on topics such as holistic nutrition, wellness coaching, or yoga, a two mile boardwalk across the extensive wildlife reserve and wetlands, ponds for fishing, ice rink, and restaurant. All in all, Huntsman Springs is a great spot for those who appreciate the American countryside, away from the more crowded mountain resorts. Nevertheless, the place is also quite close to the famed Jackson Hole ski resort, in neighboring Wyoming.

The community was developed by Jon huntsman, Sr., a prominent businessman, father of former Utah governor and presidential hopeful Jon Huntsman, Jr., and noted philanthropist. You might also like to know the fact that profits from the resort go towards cancer research, through the Huntsman Cancer Institute.
