The Alfa Romeo 4C is one sexy, small car; but is it powerful enough to get you really excited? Well, the team at Pogea Racing asked themselves the very same thing before going to work on this interesting project. Rolling out the factory doors, this mid-engine Alfa is powered by a 1742 cc engine which might sound a little disappointing, especially when the car looks so ridiculously cool.

It surely doesn’t make any sense, but this Italian beauty is a good starting point for a customized vehicle, considering it only weighs 995 kg or a little over 2,100 lb. Pogea Racing transformed this little Alfa into a beast, and dubbed it as the Centurion.

The car has been equipped with a re-engineered 2-stage motor upgrade, which is able to produce an impressive 308 horsepower and 435 Nm of torque.

As a result, this Alfa Romeo 4C will now do 0 to 100 km/h or 0-62 mph in just 3.9 seconds, 0 to 200 Km/h (124 mph) in 14.2 seconds and it could reach a top speed of over 300 km/h (187 mph). Now, that’s the kind of performance the people at Alfa Romeo should have thought about; but what about aesthetics? There are some upgrades on that level, as well.

The Alfa now includes carbon fiber front and rear bumpers, a subtle rear spoiler which increases down-force, as well as a new rear diffuser with 101 mm tailpipes, which makes you drool instantly!

The Centurion has also been designed with comfort in mind, which is why it features custom L2 components to the double wishbone – McPherson struts setup, meaning the suspension is adjustable in height and hardness. Simply put, this Alfa Romeo 4C is in a league of its own.
