Pharrell Williams, for example, is the current owner of a staggering penthouse duplex in Miami, Florida, spanning over 9,000 square feet. He has recently listed it for sale at $16.8 million.
The fabled Kidult, a nick that Pharrell Williams has bestowed to himself, describes the luxurious home as a reverse fishbowl, which allows residents to enjoy 360 degrees of surrounding landscapes, in complete privacy. It comprises a total of 5 bedrooms, 6 and a half bathrooms, a main room that spreads over 3 storeys and a top notch home theater with red leather seating. The penthouse also provides expansive views of the bay, the city and the Atlantic Ocean.
