One of the most advanced vessels ever conceived, the Palmer Johnson World is a mega-yacht of epic proportions.

Designed by Rolls-Royce Marina in collaboration with the luxury boat specialists over at Palmer Johnson, this impressive 81-meter ship is currently being built in Norway and will feature some of the most impressive (and environmentally friendly) technologies ever developed for something of its kind. It boasts special “ice operating” capabilities, which means it can go places most yachts don’t dare to venture, such as the Arctic and the Antarctic.

The World can accommodate up to 12 guests, in addition to a crew of 27. Kept safe by state of art security features, such as a thermal imaging system, water cannons, and even a Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD) which can be used a sonic weapon, the yacht’s occupants will be able to fully enjoy the ultimate in style and luxury.

While no official price has been announced as of yet, the Palmer Johnson World is expected to be sold for around $150 million.
