Starting with the movie GoldenEye, launched in 1995, part of the James Bond masterpiece series, with Pierce Brosnan as the main star, Omega has been a close partner to the fabled actor. The Swiss watchmaker has placed some of its creations into various movies, on the hands of the aforementioned star, in the form of the Omega Seamaster Quartz Professional.

The tradition went on, with Daniel Craig as the new James Bond, and the same Omega closely tied to his hand in the movies Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace. With the newest of the series close to launch, Skyfall, Omega are presenting the brand new and exclusive Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M ‘Skyfall’ Limited Edition.

Boasting with a unidirectional rotating diving bezel, water resistance of up to 2,000 feet and a helium escape valve, it includes a 42 mm polished and brushed stainless steel case, along with a patented screw-and-pin bracelet with the number 007 engraved on the clasp.

The matt black dial comes with white Super-LumiNova and the 007 logo positioned at 7 o’clock, and a new Co-Axial caliber 8507 movement. The series will consist of a limited 5,007 units – timepieces that symbolize masculinity and power. The prices are yet to be unveiled.
