Deciding to craft an innovative, totally new style yacht, the Oceanco and Moore Yacht Design companies have recently started a collaboration, designing an 85.75 meter long mega yacht, codename Waterfall. The project is already under way, with both companies wanting to get copy rights on the vessel’s technology.

Based on three main ideas – Entertainment, Personal Space and Living -, the manufacturers are planning on an extremely efficient space distribution, with clusters of similar-type cabins, so that the access around the boat is easier and the lines would congregate beautifully.

The aft of the main deck will comprise a beautiful array of cascades connected to a unique-style pool, each of them flowing one after the other, while the main waterfall appears to have its origin right in the deck’s superstructure. It’s already sure that whatever guests it will have, their entrance into the boat will be totally different from all other yachts, while when the yachts gets anchored in harbors, it will surely attract every eye that passes by.

The respective entrance is guarded by two cascades on both sides of the aft stairs; the stairs then split, one leading to the port and one to the starboard, while the guests are walking on bridges, watching the moving water below them. The aft hasn’t been fully designed yet, the producers having in mind two options, one with a bar that can be accessed in and out of water and a vast swimming pool with Jacuzzi in the front of the pool for charters, with a passion for in-water spent time, and a second one with an entrance through a cascading pool, with more attention over sun-bathing and lounge.

A total of 14 charter guests can be accommodated on the sundeck, with entertainment spots like a Jacuzzi, large lounge areas and sun beds for some well-deserved relaxation. The lower deck comprises a club, right at the water level that will make every guest say: “Wow, I like this place!”

The owner will have a lot of space reserved, including a lounge or office area, a large suite plus his / hers bathrooms, while outside he can enjoy himself on the private sun-bathing area, Jacuzzi and another lounge. Still on papers, this project will probably be physically finished in a few years. We surely are looking forward to hearing more about it. Are you?
