Located in northern India, 20 miles from New Delhi, the nation’s capital, Gurgaon is a rapidly growing city with a booming economy – the perfect place to open a high-end hotel. The Oberoi, Gurgaon, opened in 2011, is just such an establishment, which intends to attract business travelers, as well as any other discerning travelers who find themselves in the neighborhood.

The hotel is just 15 minutes away from New Delhi International Airport and a short distance from New Delhi’s city center – so access to the area’s most important spots will not be a problem.

The hotel boasts 202 very spacious and welcoming rooms with 46-inch LED TVs, electronic safes, iPod docking stations with FM receiver, and even personal butler service. Some suites even have private heated swimming pools for their guests to enjoy. Still, all guests have access to the 24-hour Oberoi Spa and fitness center, so you can go for a rejuvenating treatment or a great workout whenever you want. Also accessible to all guests is the sizeable outdoor swimming pool, longer than an Olympic swimming pool and temperature-controlled.

Dining options include fine restaurants and bars, as well as 24-hour in-room dining, but one of the more notable experiences is the “all day dining cuisine theater”, with five interactive show kitchens offering Japanese, Chinese, and Indian cuisine.
