Nike celebrated the 2012 NBA All-Star Game in Orlando and honored an entire history of space exploration through a wonderful commemorative collection of sneakers that includes the Nike Flight One, Nike Dunk plus this cosmic Nike Foamposite One Galaxy.

Boasting an interesting galactic motif, with supernovas, star systems and galaxies, these pair of sportswear also honor one of the most popular NBA players ever, Penny Hardaway. He started his career in basketball with the Orlando Magic.

Technically, the shoes sport a polyurethane midsole plus a Zoom Air unit at the heel, with a unique upper. This design feature revolutionized the world of sports a long time ago, being a sturdy similarity to NASA’s astounding Space Program start at Cape Canaveral, around 50 years ago.

We truly enjoy the looks of these sportswear, even more, the sport they represent. The Nike Space Exploration Pack are already available in select retail locations and Nike’s online shop.
