New York City is known for the exclusive and luxurious lofts in Manhattan sky-scrapers, but you could probably look all over the Big Apple and you’d be hard pressed to find a more lavish home than the one we are about to showcase.

Stretching more than 60,000-square-feet along the Jamaica Bay shoreline in Brooklyn’s Mill Basin neighborhood, this is New York’s largest waterfront property. And it’s not only remarkable in size. The gated compound features two houses offering 23,000-square-feet of exquisitely designed and furnished living spaces, which include including seven master bedroom suites with full water views, no fewer than 14 full baths, four kitchens, five staff rooms, elevators to all levels, media rooms, gatehouse and indoor parking for seven cars.

In addition to the impressive interiors, the property also boasts 257 feet of waterfront, with docks for up to three boats. And if all of this wasn’t enough, there’s also the 1,000-square-foot pool and spa, an outdoor pavilion with seating for 40 people and vast planted walkways and gardens.

The price for this property will definitely dig a sizeable hole in the pocket of all but the wealthiest of the wealthy – would-be owners will have to pay a staggering $30,000,000 to call this estate home.
