First introduced back in 2007, the Nisan GT-R is still a super popular and exciting vehicle, even though it only went through minor changes as the years went by. Supporting said statement is the 2017 Nissan GT-R, which is supposedly the most significant update to the model.

This new version of the GT-R was unveiled at the New York Auto Show, showing off an all-new front fascia, with a revised V-motion grille and larger air intakes.

The restyled hood is also part of the update, meant to enhance stability at high speeds, and there’s also a revised color palette on offer, with Blaze Metallic being one of the new colors included. It’s also worth mentioning that the GT-R Premium will be offering a new titanium exhaust system.

The interior was also in need of an update, which is why the 2017 version of the Nissan GT-R benefits from a new leather wrapped dashboard, a revised center stack, and a new infotainment system with a larger 8-inch display.

The driver will probably appreciate the comfortable seats, new steering-wheel mounted paddle shifters, and Active Noise Cancellation system. The 2017 GT-R has been also equipped with acoustic glass and additional sound deadening material,  thus allowing for a more enjoyable cruise.

The bonnet still hides a bi-turbo 3.8-liter V6 engine, which now develops an astonishing 565 horsepower – 20 hp than originally designed. Come summer, the 2017 GT-R can be seen on a road near you.
