Mount Juliet

Located in the Emerald Isle’s South East, Mount Juliet is the place you’ve been dreaming about ever since you were very little, an incredible hotel that’s rich in history, where you could enjoy a luxurious slice of Irish countryside and amazing things like a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course and Michelin Star dining.

Mount Juliet has been around for more than 250 years, and the charming Georgian mansion in which this hotel can be found used to be the former home of the McCalmont family, one of the most important families in the area. Of course, the entire property has been beautifully restored over the years, and now guests can enjoy modern luxuries and a warm Irish atmosphere that will make anyone feel welcomed here.

You’ll be in for a treat at the hotel’s Lady Helen restaurant, which has been awarded one Michelin star in these past years and it’s also worth mentioning that one of Ireland’s most storied golf courses can be found here. Designed by the renowned Jack Nicklaus, this blissful piece of greenery is one of Europe’s finest golf courses and has been enjoyed by the likes of Tiger Woods, Ernie Els and Irish favorite Padraig Harrington.

But there’s more to this location than golfing and fine dining, with the expansive estate keeping its guests on its toes thanks to many other enjoyable activities; there’s also a wonderful Equestrian Center on site, an impressive Health Club, and you’ll also have the chance to experience archery and falconry, as well as some of Ireland’s best fly fishing spots.
