Montblanc is renowned mostly for its exquisite writing instruments, however it has expanded its reach into other areas as well – one fine example is the Montlanc Emblem perfume line.

Launched in the spring of 2014, Emblem, together with its companion, Emblem Intense, is a great embodiment of the stylish and elegant essence of Montlanc. The former begins with a splash of aromatic clary sage and cardamom mixed with sparkling grapefruit, giving the impression of a strong and charismatic fragrance from the very start. As we explore the scent further, we find fresh, green and frozen violet leaves wrapped in cinnamon, providing elegance to the composition, while the base features intense woods and tonka bean.

The Montblanc Emblem Intense, on the other hand, is stronger, deeper, more sensual, and spicier than the original. The top notes are grapefruit, clary sage, cardamom and coriander seeds, while its heart reveals a note of frozen violet leaves wrapped in fruity accord Pomarose, nutmeg and cinnamon. Finally, the base is a mix of precious woods, patchouli, tonka bean and suede.

Both versions are available as 40, 60, and 100 ml eau de toilette.
