At the end of Mishaum Point, above Buzzards Bay, this great mansion, created by Robert A.M. Stern and built in 2007 is perfectly located to take advantage of the wide water front and provide excellent 270-degree ocean views.

While there is a certain grandeur about it from afar, the residence is anything but cold and unwelcoming. Sitting at the heart of a 10-acre property, the house boasts almost 22,000 square feet of exquisitely detailed, elegantly fitted living spaces. The stylish interior spaces receive an abundance of natural light and are perfect for hosting sizeable gatherings, but can also host more intimate get-togethers. The mansion comes with 8 bedrooms and no fewer than 10 full and 4 half bathrooms.

In addition to the main residence, the estate also has a spacious guesthouse perfect for accommodating visitors. There are over 1,500 feet of water frontage as well as a deepwater dock, allowing owners and guests alike to make the most of the wonderful surroundings.

The price for this great Mishaum Point, Massachusetts estate is $25 million.

  1. This is a very tough community to break into. It is mostly a set of interlocking families who have owned the point since 1915. There is no real social scene and the community has opted to keep amenities minimal. The other people who owned this house left for Osterville where they found a better match for their values and sense of community. Not a good match for 25M!!
