After she gave birth to a boy, Miranda Kerr was back on the modeling stage this year, and now got to unveil the most extravagant piece of clothing of the year, the $2.5 million Fantasy Treasure Bra from Victoria’s Secret. It fitted her body like poured, a true heir of Victoria’s Secret’s Heidi Klum’s talent.
This year’s azure-colored edition called the “Fantasy Treasure Bra” comprises around 3,400 gems, among which one can notice pearls, citrines, aquamarines, yellow and white diamonds summing 142 carats, all of these encrusted in 18k white and yellow gold. Right between the breasts there are two 14-carat yellow diamonds and two 8-carat white diamonds, which set an even higher value to the bra and ensuring opulence.
Made by Long Island’s London Jewelers, even Miranda Kerr declared that it was an honor for her to be given the opportunity of presenting the bra to the public. She also extolled the comfort the bra offers, saying “it kind of feels a little mermaid-like”.
