Matthew Perry, whom you might recognize as Chandler Bing from the hugely popular sitcom Friends, has placed his Malibu home on the market.

The entire property is spread over 2.5 acres and is located very close to the ocean. This is not only convenient, but also means owners can enjoy breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.

The home itself is quite eye-catching, a great example of modern architecture. There are a total of four bedrooms and five bathrooms, adding up to over 5,500-square-feet of living space. The interior is designed to suit the most refined tastes, classy and glamorous featuring an elegant blend of textures and colors. There’s an open living area with sliding glass walls providing an airy feel to the place, and this opens to extensive decks and a stunning swimming pool. Other notable features include a game room, home theater, and well-appointed designer kitchen, while the exterior has a garden area and a fire-pit adjacent to the pool, in addition to a sound system that serves both the inside and the outside of the home.

The estate is for sale for $12.5 million.
