The Lytle Mansion 1

Almost five years ago the Lytle Mansion was listed for sale at $40 million but this incredible home stayed on the market for a long time since no one was ready to pay that breathtaking price for it. Located on Mercer Island in Washington, this three story mansion on two acres has incredible details.

The house is full of inlaid stones, marble fireplaces and it has four bedrooms with nearly 23,000 square feet of space. The master suite  has a raised platform bed, a marble fireplace and a bathroom with the tub on a pedestal with a chandelier over it.

It has two wine cellars, an exercise room, massage and tanning room, music room, steam room, sunroom, a dining room with a gold leaf ceiling and in the entry a Dale Chihuly chandelier spiraling twelve feet of crystal hands over a marble floor.

For most, a serious inquiry on this auction would happen only after unspeakable luck on an extended wptcasino.com binge, which you may actually consider once you learn that the mansion has an indoor saltwater pool with a cloud mural and Egyptian style columns that have been specially treated to look aged. Outside there is also a saltwater pool and 175 feet of waterfront with a boat dock that can accommodate a 140 foot yacht.

The Lytle Mansion is now up for auction by Sheldon Good & Company and the minimum bid for it is $15 million.
