Linde Werdelin’s SpidoLite II Collection is a lovely series, comprising watches of bespoke manufacture, state of the art mechanics and absolutely gorgeous looks. It has now been enhanced by two more pieces, which have sort of caught our eyes.

These two pieces come in superbly bold colors shaping up a new series dubbed the Linde Werdelin SpidoLite II Tech series. The two bring forth a cool combo of forged carbon and brand new ultra-light alloy which LW has dubbed ALW – which stands for Alloy Linde Werdelin. These new mats are perfectly in tone with these pieces, outlining the exquisiteness of these brand new timepieces.

The Tech series boasts multipart skeletonized case construction with innovative materials, mixing an ultra-light alloy composite on its inner section and forged carbon on the outer case. LW describes the alloy used for the inner section of the case as 50% lighter than titanium, while the forged carbon section was shaped through a brand new LW-developed technique.

Furthermore, the serial number of these limited edition timepieces is engraved within the recesses of the case, while the dial reminds of the SpidoLite II-typical skeletonized style. The date wheels are garnished with ceramic coating for the Tech Green and with rose gold on the Tech Gold.

The Tech series is powered by the automatic mechanical LW04/caliber 2251 movement crafted by Concepto exclusively for LW. The stunning-looking movement, gorgeously garnished with perlage, an engraved rotor and blue screws, is visible through the dial and through the sapphire crystal back-case as well.

Availability-wise, the Linde Werdelin SpidoLite II Tech series comes as a limited edition of only 75 units of each of the two models – the Tech Green is priced at $14,000, while the rose gold-garnished Tech Gold costs $19,300.
