This year, the partnership between Swiss luxury watchmaker Frédérique Constant and the Riva Historical Society has yielded a limited edition Runabout Chronograph Automatic Collection comprising two stylish models.

Both watches come with an 18-carat case measuring 42mm in diameter and made from either rose gold plated steel or stainless steel. It features an AR-coated sapphire crystal, a sapphire display back with the Riva Historical Society logo, and it is water resistant to 50 meters. Its movement is the Swiss automatic FC-393 (base ETA Valjoux) with 25 jewels, beating at 28,800 vph, and with a power reserve of 46 hours.

The dial is silver with guilloché decoration in the center and with either applied pearl black Arabic numerals or applied rose gold plated Arabic numerals. The timepiece also has luminous hands and comes with a blue or brown crocodile leather strap with contrasting stitching and a matching metal folding buckle.

Each of the two versions of the Frédérique Constant Runabout Chronograph will be released as 2,888-piece limited editions and will be delivered in a specially designed gift box, complete with a miniature replica of a wooden Runabout boat.
