Le Touessrok Resort in Mauritius is beyond chic

We have so far presented all sorts of resorts, from every continent and ocean, but today we’re going to insist on Africa and the Indian Ocean. The Island of Mauritius is one of the most beautiful places on Earth, and so are the resorts found here. One of them is Le Touessrok, a gorgeous resort set on a white coastline sharing breathtaking views over the Trou d’Eau Douce bay.

The resort is easily accessible, located just 50 minutes away from the international airport in Port Louis, Mauritius’ capital city. Actually, the whole place is not just a hotel, but a huge complex of tennis courts, villas, restaurants, suites, pools and a Givenchy Spa, all set on beautiful white-sand beaches overviewing the superb waters of the bay.

The resort features two private islands, Ile aux Cerfs and Ilot Mangénie. Ilot Mangénie is exclusively reserved for guests, an ideal retreat, while the Ile aux Cerfs hosts the Bernard Langer golf course and includes a whole range of equipment and spots to practice water sports. Both of the islands are accessible via a private boat.

At the resort one can do scuba diving, to check on the local coral reefs, may ride the waves using a glass-bottom boat or practice tennis, on a night-lit tennis course. The service level offered by the hosts is impeccable, the villas and suites being fitted as for kings and queens. The paint-work was done using bright combinations of colors, splashed on the walls, but this is not main reason for which one would spend time here, but the ocean or the private swimming pool.

If all these aren’t enough for you, the 24-hour-available butler can assist your every need. Furthermore, if we’ll mention the price, you’ll probably call a few seconds after reading this article – tropical lifestyle for $566/night or €440. Isn’t this awesome?
