We’ve already featured a lot of stunning luxury homes here on Luxatic but the property you’re about to see right now is definitely something else. It’s so amazing that probably any of us will instantly consider it a dream home, even though we surely have different ideas on what our dream home should look like.

The Waterfalling estate from Nicole, Hawaii, has an unbelievable location, right on a bluff overlooking the Pacific ocean and even better, overlooking a breathtaking waterfall that will drop more jaws than a supermodel on the runway. No expense has been spared when this mansion was built, and you can easily see that by looking at any of these photos.

The four story mansion comes with a couple of amenities that would make any billionaire jealous, like a central 42 inch round elevator that connects its floors, an Olympic size swimming and diving pool, a private golf course and even a 450-seat tennis and basketball court as well. Now let’s see what every level of this stunning property has to offer.

Guests will enter the estate through the second floor, where they could find a spectacular living room with a wet bar and the chef’s kitchen, all with waterfall and ocean views. Going up, the third level features two master suites, each with his and hers bathrooms and spa tubs, walk in closets and covered lanais. In the mezzanine area you can find a modern office and an exercise room with a lovely bar as well.

The pool level houses a media area, a game room, a large wet bar and two guest suites while on top of this mansion, right on the roof, there’s a deck that was built to accommodate helicopter landings. There are four more bedrooms in the main residence, and an additional bedroom in the guest house that’s right next to the parking garage.

Since this property is strongly connecter to water, with the stunning views of the ocean and the waterfall, the aquatiacs area is one-of-a-kind as well. The 25 meter Olympic swimming pool has 3 lanes with starting blocks, there’s also a 16 foot deep diving pool with a meter platform dive and a 3 meter Duraflex Olympic springboard. There are also 2 whirlpools, a small kiddie pool, a sauna, wet bar and a grill and dining area right there.

The price for this magnificent property is quite high, but with that view, and those amenities, I’m sure the Waterfalling estate is worth every single dime of the $26,500,000.
