Gucci Bamboo

Luxury fashion house Gucci totally loves bamboo, using this unique material for the first time to create the lovely Gucci Bamboo bag back in 1947, which was an instant hit among all ladies. The brand’s skilled craftsmen have heated and bent the bamboo into the curved handle of the bag, which became a signature design from Gucci ever since.

Over the years, the Italian fashion house has also used bamboo on its watches, jewelry and even footwear, so now it would only seem natural that they’ve introduced a fragrance inspired from bamboo and bearing its name.

Promoted by Fast and Furious star and also former Miss Israel Universe, the uber sweet Gal Gadot, the Gucci Bamboo fragrance comes with a floral/woody composition, with lovely hits of citrusy bergamot, middle notes of ylang ylang, Casablanca lily and orange blossom. There base of the perfume is made of sandalwood, Tahitian vanilla and amber, which sounds more than great!

The design of the bottle features an art deco inspired shape, contrasting beautifully with the pink liquid and featuring a polished silver cap with the bamboo signature. The fragrance will be available as Eau de Parfum, with prices going from $70 to $115 and it will also be available as a body lotion, shower gel and deodorant.
