Bavarian tuning company G-Power has unveiled an upgrade package for the 2014 BMW M3 Sedan & M4 Coupe.

Most on the emphasis was placed on the 3.0-liter inline-six TwinPower Turbo engine, which normally outputs 413 horsepower (317 kW) and 550 Nm (406 lb-ft) of torque, while aesthetic modifications have taken the back seat on this project.

Through the optimization of the engine’s electronics, as well as other tweaks, the German tuner has managed to significantly increase the powerplant’s total output to 520 horsepower (382 kW) at 5,500-7,300 rpm, while torque has been increased to 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) between 1,850 and 5,500 rpm. This means that vehicle now accelerates from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 3.9 seconds, while going from a standstill to 124 mph (200 km/h) takes 11.8 seconds. This improvement would set you back €3,358 (about $4,100), while the increase of the top speed to 202 mph (325 km/h) by selecting the V-MAX lift kit costs €3,451 ($4,420).

Other new features include the 20-inch HURRICANE RS forged wheel set with Michelin tires, priced at €7,998 (or $9,780) and G-Power’s GM4-RS height- and pressure-adjustable threaded undercarriage, which is an additional €2,427 ($2,970).
