This is a very interesting project, to be honest, that has immediately caught our attention. What we got here is a full, state of the art Ferrari themed garage. It is in fact part of a 45,000 square foot brand new residence in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Just the garage covers a massive 2,400 square feet, reportedly going to display retired Ferrari race cars.

Besides being a high-gloss home for the massively gorgeous supercars, it will also serve as an entertainment area with bar cabinets crafted from acrylic materials and a top notch entertainment center. A huge Ferrari logo is imprinted in the Ferrari-themed metallic pearl floor, upon which a lot of Ferrari fans, are going to enjoy their passion.

Furthermore, the manufacturers are ready to convert one of the retired Ferraris into a functional racing simulator. This particular project will boast front projectors for wrap-around imaging, an integrated sound system and actuators which will cause a bit of movement for more realism.

The costs for such a project are quite high, though, as expected. The development, design, manufacture and installment of this staggering Ferrari-themed garage will reportedly set you back around $600,000, while the full scale simulator will unburden your pockets by an additional $200,000.
