Dubai 49 is a semi-displacement, 49-meter superyacht concept by Turkish-based Uldas Yacht Design.

Powered by twin MTU 16V 2000 M94 engines developing 2,600 horsepower each, the vessel can achieve a top speed of over 20 knots, with a cruising speed of 14 knots. Featuring four guest cabins, one VIP cabin, and a 50-square-meter owner’s cabin, it provides adequate accommodations for up to 12 guests, as well as additional room for a crew of 9. Interior facilities also include a library and a gym.

Guests have plenty of great public spaces at their disposal: there’s a dining room and a few saloons where they can just hang out and enjoy the trip, as well as a dining area on the foredeck where one can really feel the sea breeze. There’s also plenty of space for sunbathing, as well as a Jacuzzi located on the sundeck.
