Donald Trump’s superb Greenwich mansion went on the market last year as well, with a stunning asking price of $54 million. No one wanted to pay that much, which is why the self-made billionaire and politician is now dropping the price by $9 million, in hopes he will be spending the night at the White House as soon as possible.

Located at 21 Vista Drive, in Greenwich, CT, this extraordinary property has been purchased by Trump in the early 1990s for only $4 million. Built back in 1939 for Robert Hillas, this 19,773-square-feet Georgian Colonial mansion comprises 8 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and various other beautiful rooms with mixed functions, from dining to entertaining events.

Whether you consider this a good thing or not, we should also mention that some of the rooms still have that charming 1990s vibe about them, while the retro kitchen seems to keep in line with current trends.

The mansion’s amazing foyer offers us a glimpse of spectacular architecture and soaring ceilings, something that’s expected considering the price-tag, right? Other stunning features that future owners might appreciate include a guest house, a small theater, a games room with a pool table, a children’s play area, not to mention both indoor and outdoor pools.

But does all of this justify the super high asking price? We think it’s a totally fair price, especially after we tell you that the Greenich Mansion sits on a private peninsula, with six waterfront acres! That makes this luxurious mansion a rarity – even for Greenwich. So… do you want to live like Donald?
