For years Demi Moore has been the proud owner of one of New York City’s most amazing penthouses, located in the South Tower of the iconic San Remo on 145 Central Park West. The renowned actress has bought this amazing mansion in the clouds back in 1990 with her ex-husband Bruce Willis and recently she has listed it for sale at a staggering $75 million.

She’s apparently spending too much time in her other houses and that’s exactly she decided to sell this mesmerizing penthouse, which offers 360 degree views of the surroundings. The San Remo has been home to a lot of popular celebrities, like Steven Spielberg, Dustin Hoffman or Diane Keaton, but Demi Moore’s penthouse is truly one-of-a-kind, being the largest park-facing residence and featuring a private outdoor space.

For $75 million you could get this lavish 7,000 square foot property which spreads over 3 levels and also a two bedroom apartment that’s on the lobby level. The first level of this penthouse is located on the South Tower’s 26th floor and features a massive living room, a dining room, breakfast room and a state of the art kitchen.

The second level of this incredible penthouse leads to the bedrooms, with five spacious bedrooms and a staff room as well. Then the stairs will take you to the 28th floor on the third level of this residence, which includes a double height entertainment room, another kitchen and a massive guest loft, with a full bathroom and study.

From the entertainment room you could go out on the breathtaking terraces of this penthouse, where you’ll be completely charmed by the panoramic views of the city and Central Park. I’m sure this penthouse is every billionaire’s dream home in New York City.
