David and Victoria Beckham lists Beckingham Palace for sale
Beckingham Palace

David and Victoria Beckham have decided to move to US permanently and, since there will be little to no use of the Beckingam Palace they decided to sell it. The 24 acre wide property is located at Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire and was bought back in 1999 for $3.87 million.

Since then the value of this lovely property got bigger and bigger and it’s now going to be listed for sale for $27.85 million. The difference seems amazing but the cost of renovating this huge mansion over the past 11 years might be even higher than the asking value of the house now.

The Beckingam Palace comes with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a recording studio, a snooker room, a gym, a floodlit tennis court, a petting zoo and many, many other things that turn it into a dream home for probably anyone inthe whole world.

The garden boasts three gazebos in the lakeside, romantic and ornamental themes, each costing over $15,000 and it also features a 52ft garden pavilion with marble flouring that comes with a 4ft barbecue which costs $108,390.

The Beckhams also own a $17 million home in Beverly Hills, a $3.1 million chateau in France and a luxury apartment in Dubai.
