Spring is usually time to bring out the pastels and floral designs, however Christian Louboutin choose to go along a different path for the Spring/Summer 2014 season and has added multicolored spikes to some of its items, with really interesting results.
The design is simple, youthful, and –dare we say it- fun. Not only is the use of spikes kind of a bold choice in and of itself, the multicolor mix perfectly suggests the freshness and vibrancy of the new warm season. And all the colors seem to be even brighter when seen against the clear white background of the shoe (though there are other color versions as well).
Continuing along this playful course, Christian Louboutin also offers similarly designed bags – like the Sweet Charity mini crossbody. It features a strip of patent red leather (a nod to Louboutin’s signature red soles) and is further adorned with a white and gold bow.
