Beoplay H9

Bang & Olufsen is usually the brand name that comes to mind when you’re dreaming about wireless listening, noise cancellation, and comfortable cushions for your ears. Well, the Danish company has just revealed its first attempt at offering it all in a bundle package, with the Beoplay H9 aiming to impress us all in one impressive set.

If these new headphones look familiar a bit familiar, that’s because they resemble the company’s H7 model, which was released last year, with comfy ear cushions made from memory foam, that was wrapped in lambskin coating, covering an aluminum frame.

Similar to the previous model, these new headphones pack 40 mm electro-dynamic drivers, helping you listen to sounds between 20 Hz and 20 kHz. Wireless playback may be enjoyed thanks to Bluetooth 4.2 technology, with support for aptX and AAC codecs.

A 770 mAh swappable battery will be keeping you in tune, while an audio cable is also included just in case your power runs out. The Beoplay H9 will keep on rocking for up to 16 hours, but if you use the noise cancellation mode it will affect your battery life a little bit. Available in two colors, black and a creamy “Argilla Grey,” Bang & Olufsen’s Beoplay H9 is going to set you back exactly $499.
