For added convenience, the telescope has manual clutches and integrated carry handles, making it easier to move around with you, while the two accessory trays and USB charge port make for a truly complete package.

The NexStar Evolution 8 is the first Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope with integrated WiFi, allowing for a great deal of helpful features. You can connect you mobile device to the telescope’s built-in wireless network, and explore the Universe with the free Celestron mobile app for iOS and Android. You can then use the planetarium interface to view the night sky in real time or display a list of celestial objects currently visible based on your time and location.
