Part of the iconic Royal Oak Offshore luxury sports watch collection by Audemars Piguet, this Selfwinding Tourbillon Chronograph is perfect for the discerning gentleman who doesn’t mind taking on the great outdoors.

The exquisite selfwinding Calibre 2897 is housed within sturdy, 44mm x 14 mm forged carbon case, with black ceramic bezel, crown, and pushers, as well as a titanium pishpiece guards. The automatic mechanical caliber features a tourbillion and column-wheel chronograph and beats at a cadence of 21,600 vph (3Hz). Automatic winding is achieved thanks to a peripheral oscillating weight in 950 platinum, mounted on ball bearings. The eye-catching tourbillion complication can be seen through a dial cut-out at 6 o’clock.

All parts boast the high level of finish usually expected from an Audemars Piguet timepiece, with the dial in particular displaying the signature “Méga Tapisserie” motif. The watch comes on a black rubber strap with titanium pin buckle.

The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Selfwinding Tourbillon Chronograph has been released as a limited edition of 50 timepieces, each priced at $285,600.
