Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Leo Messi Chronograph

Starting with 2010, football superstar Leo Messi has become the brand ambassador of Audemars Piquet. Thus, the fabled manufacturer of timepieces has revealed the limited edition Audemars Piquet Royal Oak Leo Messi Chronograph, a tribute to the sporty career of this charismatic figure.

The exquisite watch comes in three different versions, in steel, rose gold and platinum. They are all based on the 41 mm Royal Oak chronograph which was announced back in January.

The features that distinguish these gorgeous timepieces are the lack of AP tapissierie pattern dial and the presence of a superb tantalum bezel. The famous footballer has offered an extremely short description of the piece, which, in our oppinion, needs no further comments: “The truth is that the result is spectacular.” In addition, the gadget sports the exquisite automatic mechanical AP caliber 2385.

The steel version of the timepiece will be available in 500 units and sports a brushed anthracite dial, with a matching anthracite strapping. The pink gold model will only be available in 400 units though, boasting with the same anthracite strapping and dial, while the platinum version is the most exclusive, available in just 100 pieces, adorned with matching dark blue strap and dark blue dial.
