ARES Atelier is a very young custom luxury automobile design company based in Modena, Italy. Founded last year, the company has finally delivered something of note – and it was certainly worth the wait!

The stunning release is inspired by the S-Class Pullman, a vehicle expected to be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March. ARES has stretched the chassis of a regular S-Class, reinforced its structure, and installed a carbon fiber body kit. Not only that, but a series of other upgrades, such as 6mm thick tempered side glass, better brakes, revised gearbox, and 21-inch wheels have also been added. Not much has been revealed regarding the engine, but we do know it has been enhanced to output more than 600 hp (441 kW). This means the S-Class XXL can go from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.8 seconds and reach a maximum speed of 155 mph (250 km/h).

The interior has also been heavily modified, and now boasts features like “vis-à-vis first class rear seats”, Nappa leather upholstery, consoles with cooling boxes & glasses storage, as well as a 17-inch foldable HD screen on the ceiling, electric curtains, iPads, WLAN with external antenna, and an upgraded sound system. Aspiring superheroes or supervillains can also get the optional armored version, which also includes a bomb detector.
