.. Or the other way around. No matter how you take it, George Clooney has decided to list his lavish Cabo beach pad for $50 million. It seems that the happily married movie star wants to spend more time with his wife, in their homes in England and Los Angeles, which is why this stunning property – part of a complex which includes the homes of his friends Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford – is now on the market.

Designed by renowned architect Ricardo Legoretta, the luxurious beach pad is centered on a beautiful courtyard and includes seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms and a facade featuring Morisca quartzite from Brazil. Clooney’s bed might not get girls sleeping, but it does come with a woven-leather headboard, while the bar area is furnished with a custom-made sectional sofa upholstered in a Ralph Lauren Home fabric.

The master bath terrace benefits from a parota brise-soleil, and is able to accommodate a travertine Jacuzzi lined in blue mosaic tiles. Twine-wrapped lanterns were suspended from the slatted canopy over the courtyard, resulting in an incredible intimate atmosphere.

Speaking of which, the courtyard features a Legorreta-designed cement-plaster table and L-shaped sofa. Even without a famous owner, this place is incredibly beautiful, isn’t it?
